As the Official Hotel Coordinator for the tournament, it is my pleasure to welcome you and to assist you with your teams’ hotel needs.


***THIS IS A STAY TO PLAY EVENT. ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE TOURNAMENT APPROVED HOTELS FROM THIS LIST.***


Please make your selections below and submit. Please make reservations for the total number of rooms your team needs. The hotel will then give you instructions for your families to call in individually and pay for their own room.

This will be processed instantly with the hotel of your approved selection. The hotel's sales manager will reach out to you typically within 72 hours to finalize your rooms. If you do not hear back from them within this time frame, please let me know so that we can make sure that your team is being taken care of.

To book less than 5 rooms, please contact me. I can work with a hotel directly to make a reservation.

Most hotel blocks are held until 30 days prior to the event. If you need a block of rooms 0-30 days before, please contact me directly and I will look for availability.
