Travel Team USA is committed to working with tournaments around the world to provide a high quality travel and lodging experience that fits the individual needs of each team attending.
- Set up and manage all hotel room blocks at preferred tournament group rates.
- Sign all hotel contracts with no attrition, cancellation, or financial liability to the tournament host.
- As a benefit of our loyal hotel partnerships, all teams will be guaranteed the lowest group rates at each hotel used.
- Provide teams participating in tournament with one contact for all hotel bookings.
- Negotiate rebate sponsorships directly to your organization.
- Provide the Tournament Director with all relative accounting forms and summaries.
- Our Staff is committed to providing the highest quality service at no charge to your organization.
