Title: National Account Coordinator

Reports To: Laura Dermody, National Director of Sales

Position Summary:

The National Account Coordinator will be the direct assistant for the National Director of Sales in Webster, NY. This position will be responsible for servicing national accounts for Travel Team USA and handle secretarial daily office duties. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, office hours are 8:30am-4:00pm, retirement plan, vacation and sick days included. Great growth opportunities and work environment.


  • Front desk receptionist; includes answering all incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages and greeting incoming visitors
  • Assistant to the National Director of Sales on all accounts
  • Assist in servicing accounts for National Account Managers
  • Assist in managing daily office duties
  • Database management


  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Good phone, email and in person communication skills
  • Positive attitude
